Several Speakers will hold a symposium on biomimicry
On Wednesday the 20th of February, study associations CODON and Alchimica will organise a symposium with the theme 'biomimicry: from evolutionary method, to engineered process'. We would like to invite you to join us at 14.00h (walk in starts at 13.30h) in room c1005 (Orion). There will be three speakers with interesting topics:
Prof. Alexander Kros (Supramolecular chemistry, Leiden University)
Membrane fusion, from a simple model system towards in vivo applications
Dr. Florian Muijres (Experimental Zoology, WUR)
Animal flight as inspiration for drone design
Dr. Christophe Danelon (Bionanoscience, TU Delft)
Building a cell
During the symposium there will be coffee and tea and afterwards there will be some drinks and snacks.
