Lunchlecture - Eggwhites without chicken

On Wednesday the 6th of November, MBScie organizes a lunch talk about sustainable egg whites. Our guest speaker is Edgar Suarez, co-founder of FUMI ingredients. FUMI ingredients is a start-up, founded in Wageningen and rethinks the production of food ingredients. The company uses micro organisms to produce functional food ingredients without the use of animals. 

In this lunchtalk, Edgar will talk about his idea of egg whites from micro organisms and about his journey of becoming an entreprenteur.
