Gert Jan de Boer will give a lunch lecture and share his insights as Manager Molecular Biology at Enza Zaden. He will provide some background on the targets and the scientific approaches that are being used in plant breeding, share more about the battle against the ToBRFV virus within tomato plants, and discuss about the ethical and legislational limitations in plant breeding!
